No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered by a LoadCentral dealer as a LoadCentral retailer number.
I am now a retailer, what is my username (registered number) and password?
Your mobile number is your username (registered number) and your password by default is 123456, so if your mobile number is 09171234567 your username would be 639171234567. Click here to login to your Webtool.

You can start selling the LoadCentral way after the LoadCentral dealer registered your mobile number.

To start selling using computer click here login to your Webtool.
1.You should access LoadCentral and login with your username and password. Your mobile number is your username just replace the first 0 with 63 so if your mobile number is 09171234567 your username is 639171234567.
Then the retailer click arrow of the product code.
2.Choose the product you want to sell and Type on the corresponding boxes the mobile number of the customer purchasing the product and quantity being purchased and click Sell Product.
3.The result of your recent file transaction will be shown on top portion of the page. The retails of the e-Pin sold will also be displayed on "Your Recent Sale Transaction" box. Buyer gets a confirmation of item purchase from LoadCentral.
To start selling via cellphone type Product Code(space)Retailer 6-digit password(space)Mobile number of buyer, send to LoadCentral SMS Access Number. E.g. SM30 666666 09197654321 then send to 2948.
1.Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

2.Retailer and Buyer get a confirmation message from LoadCentral.
Retailer gets a text saying:
You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code) to (Mobile no. of buyer). Your wallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx
Buyer gets a text saying:
You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN). Thank you for using our service. Trace #: xxxxxxx
Can I sell load in traditional way (menu based)?

What happens if my retailer SIM was lost or stolen? What happens to my remaining wallet load? You must immediately notify your dealer so he/she can deactivate or block the registered SIM. You must then ask your dealer to register another mobile number as your new retailer SIM. Your dealer will then inform LoadCentral by a written notice (fax or email) and request that the remaining balance in your old registered SIM be transferred to your new one.
How can I get a transaction report?
You can use the webtool for the transaction report.
How to lock and unlock my account?
To lock: LOCK (FL or SL password) then send to LoadCentral SMS Access Number (LCAN). To unlock: UNLOCK (FL or SL password) then send to LoadCentral SMS Access Number (LCAN).
How to change my password?
Send CHANGEPW (old 6-digit password) (new 6-digit password) to 0922-999-0214 or to any LoadCentral SMS Access Number (LCAN). For security reason please change your default SL password(webtool) and FL password(sms) and make sure they are not the same. First Level password (FL) is the password required in doing the business via cell phone. Second Level password (SL) is the password required in doing the business via Webtool.
How to recover password?
We can not recover your password but we can reset it.
To reset SMS password just text RESET SMS to 0928-5067310
To reset Webtool password just text RESET WEBTOOL to 0928-5067310
Your password will be reset to 123456. For security reason please change your password.
What is "Invalid IP address or is not authorized. Please log in to an authorized workstation."? I encountered this when I tried to login.
Ask your dealer / subdealer to change your IP address from 0.0.0.0 to *.*.*.*.

You can use the resend function on the webtool. Please be aware that you can only resend the last transaction for your buyer’s mobile number.
